Monday - Again!
It is always good to get on a bike for a Monday morning workout. 50 mins of it is suffice for the day. A relax biking session follow by a slacker yawn or rather stretch is definitely a good start for the day. That few mins that i managed to close my eyes and take a PIG NAP is heavenly sent! I hope the folks inside the gym didn't hear a pig snore! :P

After a few days of missing weight session. It is nice to feel the muscle stretching again...
I always have to sacrifice weight session, when the crunch time come along. Somehow feel "indebted" to it!
Have a nice weight session during lunch. Feel a bit of rusty(muscle), but still manageable...

Went over to SIM for study in the evening. I really ought to put in more time studying! Still got so many papers to take. Must really endure...
Baby steps at a time. One step at a time.
