weak mind

Alarm went off at 5:40am. Lay on the bed, the mind become weak.

It is dissapointing.

I shouldn't be pushing too hard. I shouldn't be. Not at this moment when mileage is increasing and injure are getting likely.

It is a body vs mind matter. Both sides lost? I just hate it.
