Wrong Number

Swim/Wrong Number

"What time are you leaving?"
take a look at my watch, it read 36 mins+ for 1.3km.
"Sorry wrong number."
"har"...continue with my swim.

It is good to be back in the water this morning. As usual the first couple of laps are spent adjusting the goggle! I think i getting the feel of the goggle. Or maybe not next week again! *slap head*

I was panting and i don't like it. I was struggling and tried to calm and slow myself down. That is what happen after a week of feasting and i lost the sense of pacing and control breathing for the swim!

I forced myself to do a few laps of froggie and eventually relax myself before attempting to go with free style again. At the end, i managed to get the rhythm back. Didn't push it, as it seems like body need some adjustment. Finished 2km in 57 mins.

Back is feeling ache. No idea is that because of the swim or yesterday, SPIN or is weight session that causes it. Hmm......

Makan(lunch)

Skip gym during lunch as tonight MF interval awaits. Dunno can survive or not. Going to be another tough session coming up.

Went with colleagues to West Coast market for lunch. It was hot outside. Unfortunately i get to work indoor. We have good discussion, suaning and laughter altogether. Thanks for the accompany, folks. Till next time!

Back is hurting. Can feel the strain when i sit upright. Sigh....dunno what is happening.

Have to reassess the situation again at the end of the day to see the run will go on or not.

My lower back ache and i have to skip the interval this evening. Interval is going to be tough without all the aches.

I still decide to go to MF this evening. Although the back is giving me so trouble, i still need a run tonight. The run is to ease my body back on track after the vacation.

Thanks guys for accommodating me for the MF 10km route. I have to run baby steps from the start. I realised that both my thighs are aching as well! I couldn't believe that this is happening to me! Anyway, i should expect this since spinning is something new to me.

It took a while to get warm up before we stride back to clubhouse. Finished the run in 1 hr flat. Almost got into an accident at the end. As a car came out from the mosque and my momentum do not allow me to stop in time. It was dark as well. Give me a fright! Heng, nothing serious. More of a scare and i slowly jog back to the clubhouse.
