MR 25 26

It was a wet early morning. The floor was wet from yesterday or over night rain. The terrain will be muddy. What lies ahead is a dirty 25km run awaiting.

After the mid week crisis(lost of energy), i hope i am up to it this morning.

Due to some factors, better don't mention here, there are 3 of us at MR. It is a cool day for the run. Good weather and of course the accompany is even better as we run along MR 25 25km route. At times we chit chat along, on other occasions, it is pretty quiet, enjoy our run deep in our thoughts.

There are some humps along the way which make the run interesting. Yes, officially it is call a hump as i pointed up to the other runners...:)

Burnz did the 20km route, whereas the roentgen and myself did 25km...opps...26km...:)

It was good that i have roentgen with me as we encourage each other along. We did pretty well, at least we didn't walk the slope...though we took quite a number of tactical halts. Haha...

We came across Teo Ser Luk and Tobias along the way.

Slow and steady we make it back to carpark in 3:29hr. It was a slow run, nevertheless it was a good run.

It did rain around 2.5km point from the end near the workout area. It is very cool to run in the rain, i enjoy it very much...haha....

We went for prata breakfast, since roentgen didn't earn his wanton noddles...haha.....

Again, input is more than output...die lah...pui again....it is roentgen fault! .....dot.dot.dot.

Went across to SAFRA for Bouldering...Alas, the chamber is booked by corporate usage...Sigh....But we did saw some guys working out in the chamber and marvel at their skills and give us some thoughts of the strategy how to tackle it in the future.
