It is difficult to skip planned workout.
I have plan out a longer bike/run than last week for Sunday. Like any events in life, things are not necessary go according to plan most of the time.
I feel, a hard back to back workout have taken the toil on the body. I am not use to such workout intensity and it shows. It must be tough for those training for Ironman whereby they cycle 160km on Saturday and LSD on Sunday.
Likewise, with any sports the body need to slowly ease into the workout regimen gradually. 65km on the bike is very long for me. My regularly bike session is about 1 hr. To jump into 2hr+ bike ride will most probably cause some discomfort. Experience tell me to pull back. That is what is going to happen for tomorrow. I hope...haha....
We shall see....:p

I love to register for event and plan my workout way ahead of the general view. Reason is those training program are plan so nice, it look perfectly good! Typically we are going to miss trainings for this and that reason. If i start early i have plan for missed training and when race day arrived, i would have properly train for the event.
I am not going to be properly prepare for coming 1/2 Ironman events. I am training for these events on my judgement and do not have a proper old bird to guide me. I am confident that i can pulled it through with current fitness, just a matter of timing.
My concern is that i might keep on pushing to get myself train for the event and overlook the importance of proper tapering.
Remind myself if you see me flouting.:p
