Normally things get worse first, before it will get better. Changes are good. I need a change.

Things get too comfortable is not a good sign.

Expectation

Everyone one of us have expectation. Boss have expectation of yourself and in return you have expectation of your staff.

What we expect of yourself might not be what the expectation from Boss. What we think is good effort from our part might be normal from our superior.

Setting the expectation right is the key to many doors.
