WorkOut

Why do i have so many workout? Because my theory of plan for more and fate will normally have a way to reduce the frequency of workout did not come true...:(

I can plan for 7 days workout and somehow, somewhere there are bound to have matters that stop me from my workout. If it does not happen, then it will be 7 days workout. If it does not happen, then reduce the intensity and i be doing just fine. It is about fine tuning the environment and enjoy the experience.

Yesterday reduce to a swim. Today reduce to workless. Cool. Though i don't plan it that way, at least i am getting the rest i need.

Woke up very late! I didn't activate the alarm clock! Damn it forget to do that. Work up with bright evening or is it morning. When i leave home it is 7am+. The traffic is very heavy, as expected. Took me 40 mins to reach office. There goes my workout in the morning! Sigh.....

Fried bee hoon awaits...hehe....*slurp*

I am still stuck in site office. No lunch, hunger pangs. Finishing line seems to get longer. Sometime like swimming, it is only 100 meters away, somehow the current is pushing me back after every stroke forwards(thinking i should be nearer!)...Damn IT.

Hooters


Went over to Hooters with colleagues and an oversea colleague(that is here for training). It has been along time since i last went to Hooters. The ladies are still in the same outfit. Not as impressive as it used to. In fact most of the ladies runner kaki are in better shape than them! They need to go workout more.

The sound is very loud inside the premise. Nevertheless we enjoy the accompany. I have some drinks there and i hope it won't affect my run tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
