False Alarm ?
After 200 meters in the pool, felt a ache on my lower left back. As i push on, it got worsen. Aiyoh...die lah....
Switch to breast stroke and see how. Aiyoh...still the same, very breathing on the surface can feel the stress on the back. What happen why like that?
Contemplating on whether to stop and get out of the pool. 300 meters gone and still have not recover.
Speed was considerable slow today. Front crawl, felt the quads are sng. Not unexpected, but a bit too much i feel. Breast is okay though...now both also have slow to a crawl and eventually i stop at 400 meters and do some stretching. Damn it!
Buay Kam Guan, only 400 meters!, so change to froggie and slow down the pace and see how it goes. Anyway, should spent more time on froggie too. When things get tough, just slow down!
As time goes on the body recover, likewise the speed increase. I didn't try to change back to free as i wanted to spent time on breast stroke.
Have to cut short the workout to 2km as i don't want to push on anymore after the problem with the back early on. 51mins for 2km swim.
Did a couple of slow recovery laps and stretching by the pool side and call it a day.

Suppose to be going down to the gym for cycling during break. Since there is a meeting in the evening and i just couldn't push away. :(
Too Kua called up just a few mins before i left for gym and jio me for the yummy nasi lemak that he has raving about for months! Alas, the temptation is too great and succumb to the food!
