Post National Day Blue
It seems calm and well. The truth is not to judge how the body feel on the surface, hit the track and it will surface - good/bad or otherwise.
It was a struggle on the bike this morning. The body is feeling the strain from yesterday cycle. I couldn't get out of the lowest gear this morning. I tried to up the resistance on a few occasions and the breathing get heavier correspondingly. The objective is to do a relax bike to kick things going for the day, therefore i maintain the resistance until it ends 50 mins later.

Hit the weights during lunch. I slack abit during this session..Hehe...but i enjoy it. The super fit lady is in this afternoon. As usual she chiong the weights with gusto. I do enjoy the session.

Went for a swim in the evening. Couldn't recall when is the last time i went for a swim on Friday evening. Since i am doing a shorter run tomorrow and with some time to spare, i decide to hit the water. The weather was hot and the water was dirty IMO. I don't think i reached 1km before calling a day.
The objective of the swim is to give the legs a good stretch. I wasn't feeling that strong this evening. I have to stop the swim when my left knee seems to be aching for no apparent reason. Not willing to take the risk, i left.
Met a couple of MF runners there waiting to join up with trifam training at the pool.
