It was cold this morning in the pool. *shivering*
Need a long time to get my breathing stabilise today. In fact it took me nearly 1km to get the system fired up. I almost give up and go for kopi! Nevertheless i didn't. Sometime you have good day, sometime you feel so rotten that you wanna get it finished and get the HELL out!
Did 10 sets of 200 meters, follow by 500 meters of breast stroke. Timing wise was pretty slow, finished in 1:06hr. It is okay, i take it easy as part of the recovery.
Almost got a cramp when one uncle dive into the pool and swim underneath across the breath of the pool and came up right below me! Have to do a E-brake and almost pulled a muscle. Idiot!
Legs still feel a bit tired this morning.

CBD Run
It was a short 7km+ run this evening, with a single climb of 30 stories. Short and sweet.
Right heel like aching for no apparent reason. Hmmm....
