Back to Square 1 after the event over the weekend. Legs still have some aching, which are similar to completing a marathon. Still feeling okay as a whole.
Return the bike early the morning to BB. A nice change to view the scene of CBD at early morning.
Head straight for the gym as i badly need a workout to soothe my aching thighs/calves to aid the recovery. Had a 30 mins bike cycle. After 15 mins on it, it get very much into the groove. Wasn't that bad after the session. Cool.

Went for weights just now. Body was abit sng before going in, now feel so much better. Did a few sets of weights with lighter load. Body isn't that tired as perceive which is a good sign.
7th Month prayer this afternoon, as usual my Chinese colleague is involved in organising. Went for the gym and didn't get involved except for the share of cost for the event.

Had a Spin in the evening. Ass still hurts from Saturday event. Have to do it easy today as still in recovery mode.
It is good to be back on the bike and a good stretching of the muscles as well.

How to aid in speedy recovery? Rest? or do light workout? Have to combine both? Hmmm...
