It was an easy LSD swim in the pool this morning. Trying not to push and let the body flow. No more feeling like an elephant in the water. Hehe.
Did 8 set of 200 meters circuit. Follow by 400 meters froggie(race pace). Time check: 50mins. Haha...that is very fast. Wait, must be miscalculate 1 lap(100 meters) lah. Cannot be so fast with that kind of pace. :p Took another 200 meters to warm down.
Muscle on the left leg near the knee is showing a little bit discomfort. As a whole, swim leg is ready to GO.

It was a short and good run. It started with slight right knee, then shift to left knee and it just cease to cause anymore discomfort as the run progress.
It was a nice feeling to give the legs a stretched. Run leg is ready to GO.
