Next Stop - Swim 5
It was a nice surprise to see someone familiar ninja at the pool today. :p
Have a very good swim. So effortless and everything seems to work in syn. Cool.
Suppose to be a recovery sort of swim - slow, body twisting in slight agony, sinking kind of feeling vanished once i hit the water. Water was just nice(cold). Fortunately the slight drizzle didn't materialise to something hugh.
Decide to push up the mileage(that goes the recovery part) to 3km. The first 10 sets were very good. Last 5 sets wise, have to dig abit in as body tend to tired. This is my first venture into 3km!
It was nice to have someone next to me and provide some incentive to push abit. Haha...Completed the swim in 1:15hr. I think given this is the first time, the timing is very good.
Time to target the training towards next challenge - 5km open water swim.

It was a recovery CBD run in the evening. It is around 9km. Slow and super slow for me. Haha...somehow i just couldn't go fast. Maybe that is what happen to me at the last stretch of Aviva 70.3? Hmm....
It was a good run with full of laughter especially at the end. I hope everyone enjoy it as much as i do. Seeya next week.
