Aftermath 70.3
A red Tigger yesterday evening. Sis say i am wearing pantyhose. *faint*.
A few abrasions, ouch, when i hit the shower yesterday.
The usual aches - thigh, hip(right side), shin(hmm), shoulder, ass are experienced. Gonna take a couple of days to recover.
Due to time constraints manage to squeeze in 20mins on the bike in the gym. It was a bit of struggling in the beginning, after a while it get smoother. Not that tough, but enough to put some life back on the legs.
Time to slack for a couple of days.

Did a low impact weights session. Definitely have to lower the weights to get some life back to the body. No major pains, everything seems to be as expected. Finger crossed.

Went for a SPIN in the evening. Right hip sng came back again. It is getting worse, i think it develop into an injury. I hope not. I have to be careful for the next few days and hopefully it recover by itself. Finger crossed.
