Slack = tired

Decide to go for weights in the morning. I do get to get more time on the weights in the morning and do a few extra sets.

Engine seem to take a fair bit of time to get warm up. Cross-trainer warm up make the legs feel heavy. Sign of tiredness? I have one workout per day for the past 2 days and it should show freshness and not tiredness! Sigh.

Time to slack again. Like someone say "torturing weekend" ahead. :p

Head over for a SPIN during lunch, since miss it yesterday :p

Had it easy but do feel the strain on the calves though :(
