Good Day Ahead?

It is either i slack last evening or the DOM have not kick in yet. Either way, it is a good 50mins cycle this morning.

Taking a step back, i enjoy the cycle in the morning without having to look at the speedometer and make sure i maintain a certain speed/cadence. It is good to go with the feel. When the going get tough, the resistance get lower, it get easy, the resistance will go up.

50 mins later and the enjoyable have to stop. Sigh...Time to work. Fresh and it is going to be a great day ahead.

Weights during noon time. No idea why the time run pretty fast and have to cut short the workout! An opportunity to slack! Haha.....

Left the office on the dot, before i even step onto the lift, a phone rang! sigh...double sigh....sometime thing just cannot be avoided. :p

Have to abandon the plan to try out the new SPIN class tonight. No choice but to go for alternative SPIN class. A good trip to the gym this evening. Have a 30 mins cycle as warm up and slack abit through the SPIN class, follow by another 2km run on the treadmill. Finally i finished a run after the bike! For a while i didn't think i could finish the target distance/time on the run, but i lower the speed, endure for a while, recover and push back the pace. It was good.

Can feel the legs abit stiff now. Need to use magic stick later.
