Not really aching this morning when I woke up which is always a good sign. I slacking yesterday mah! Hehe
Hit the water, just feel nice to be back in the water. It was a slow and control swim. Feel very good almost throughout the 3km swim this morning. Breathing was okay, arms are feeling strong, and the only alarm is the neck get abit stiff around 2.5 km.
1:20hr for the effort. Haha, the time reflect how slack I am this morning. Am just glad I manage to clock the distance after the last 2 not so “good’ swim.
Have to push up the mileage to 3km as my base swim moving forward to prepare for D-Day in 50 days+ time.
Wanted to try something different in the afternoon, but it didn't materialise. Somehow the mind just wanna slack...kns! Abit disappointed that i didn't do it. Sigh.
Almost couldn't make it to the evening SPIN. Phew! It was a relax SPIN. Not really want to push, especially so before the start, did some stretching and realise my kneecap like CMI! Better don't risk it.
Had to rush off after the class, would love to do some weights though.
