Injury ?
Thighs are aching this morning. It is not unexpected due to yesterday bike session. I am more concern about the knee.
Came down staircase seems to be manageable condition. Phew!
Hit the bike for 50 mins recovery ride. It was okay though. Keep reminding myself to keep it as "recovery". After 20 mins of easy cycling, cannot tehan, so push up the resistance. Feeling good, which is a surprise. About 40 mins down the path, feel the right knee is cause discomfort. Lucky it end soon enough.
Wash up and as i leave the gym, can feel the strain on my right knee. Sigh...

Knee isn't much of a problem during noon weight session. The thighs continue to be tight. The weights session should be good to soothe the aching.
Workout is okay. Just cruising along, maintain the momentum. Tonight will do more on upper body. Need the strength to pull(Swim) and maintain good body posture for long hours(bike/run).
My weight seems to be on the lower portion of my normal range for the last couple of times i care to look. Hmm...food for thoughts.
Have a good chat with lactic acid and a new runner. Interesting person.

Went for a SPIN in the evening. Did a run(12 mins) on the treadmill after the class. It wasn't the usual pace as i am wary of the knee injure that might flare up. I am glad i finished the run with no problem. Phew! Did a few more weights on the upper body before calling it a day.
