Insane
Sometime i think i am insane. Why do people love pain? Ok, for me, i like abit of pain during workout; Abit of aching + abit of chuan = pushing abit = shiok = enough.
Too pain+ Too chuan = Sibei Siong - Lagi Shiok? *faint*
Had a shiok 50 mins bike this morning. Can feel the tension in the muscle after last few days of spinning. I have 6 sessions of cycling this week. Not counting the LSD over the weekend. What is sanity on bike? clocking 10hr+ per week?
Not to mention about the time spent on running and swimming. I getting insane! Even though i have reduce to 2 run sessions per week and swimming session remain the same. I have improve on the quality, since i am squeeze for time.
Another weight session during noon time. Just cruising along, more fun this way. Wasn't much crowd today too, maybe due to the festive season/friday/raining.
An "extra" long workout over the weekend. Have to take one step at a time. :)
