Only fat people don't take breakfast

There is an interesting article on the health portion of ST today. Someone wrote a book about the topic above. It is available in library. Interesting. Might head down to the library if i have the time.

Normally after a skip workout, i will feel energetic during the next workout. Releasing pent up frustration/energy? This morning somehow i don't get the boost that i am expecting.

Started on low resistance on the bike. After 20 mins and i am still stuck at the level. The body doesn't seem to be comfortable with the workout. Listen to the body maintain and move along. 20 more mins later, still the same. Something doesn't seem right here. Last 10 mins, don't care and push up the resistance. Not much difficulties compare to the last 40 mins. Hmm....but can feel the strain on my right knee. Sigh..

I need a run later, but ....Sigh...Should I?

It was not a good session in the gym during lunch break. Left knee feeling a tweak whenever i bent. *sob sob*. Have been careful and yet. Sigh...

Have to cut short the workout, as the gym is pretty crowded today and i keep have to wait for my turn and plus the knee problem, decide to call it a day. :(

On the other hand, i get my new toy - foam roller. Will show how to use it later. :p

I went for a short run. Hehe. Thanks for accompany this pai kai Tigger.

The knee show abit sensation at the start, fortunately the feeling went away shortly and able to run smoothly.Phew!

Pace was okay, abit fast for me at times, but still manageable. Glad that the run end without much problem.

Now, can still feel abit stress after the dust has settled. Sigh...
