Quality Of Sleep

I speak and probe around, sleep har? Wow, weekend must sleep till 8-10am. Then enough. Hmm.....

For me, maybe i am ill fated. No matter how late i sleep! Be it 2-4am, i am bound to be awake by 7am, 7:30am(the latest). I nuah there, struggle and struggle also can't go past 8am!

No matter 5 hours or even 10 hours of sleep! It is the quality that count, rather than quantity. You can nuah there for 10 hours, but a good 2-3 hours of deep sleeping is equal to that or even better.

I was having a conversation with a friend about waking up for a run, his feedback is that he don't wake up early than 6am unless event day.

Let me think, 6am, i don't think i wake up later than 6am 300+ days of the year! i have to use both hands to count how many time i woke up later than 7am per year!

Do i look sleepy most of the time? I don't feel sleepy! I sleep about 5-6 hours per day as an average but i have quality sleep. Sleep just not to make up the number! When i hit the pillow, i be sound asleep with a few minutes! No need to waste time, flip left/right just to make up the number of hours!

Sleep hours is a premium to me. I treasure my sleep. Likewise for those that nuah, enjoy your quantity sleep. I remember reading somewhere, sleeping make one FAT! Haha.
