Lost Count
A warm and congested Thursday morning at the pool this morning. Legs abit heavy, didn't push much yesterday leh, maybe it was the run on Tuesday. Still recovery, i guess ba.
As usual the first 400 meters is tough, struggling to get the rhythm going. Before 10 sets of 200 meters are up, i have lost up! Sometime deep in tough, easy to lost count! Is it the 9th sets now, nope should be 8th set. Giving the doubt, the best option is to count less. Okay, so 8th set it is then.
At the end of 10 sets, decide to change to breast stroke for the rest of the 500 meters. Intent is to do 2.5km swim, yes it is very short maybe i can do better, let wait and see how the body feel later.
After 100 meters into it, something strange* happen and i come out of the water. Fresh of course due to the shorten of the distance, look at the stop watch 1:03hr. Ok loh, 2.1km swim rather slow hor. Aiyoh...seems okay lah.
After a bath, pacer uncle came into the toilet. Hmm....he is fast today, i thought! He complains that it is 7:45am leow, already finished his 3km swim. I look at my watch.. hmmm...1:03hr...normally it took me 52-54mins for 2km swim. 1:03hr mah...should be...wtf...nevermind lah...total swim time is 1:03hr...
Don't use up precious mental power over trivial matters...:)

DNS - Not Again!
Head for the last gym in PF that i have not visited in the evening. Still a bit sore about missing yesterday, so tonight trip to the gym are 2 folds, 1 is to go for a SPIN, 2 is to familiar with the parking, route to get gym in the shortest possible time.
I reached gym at 7pm. To be surprise the room for SPIN has lots of folks inside. A quick exchange with the staffs there reveal that the class start at 6:30pm! WTF! Not again! What the earth is happening this week!
No choice, but to do a spin on my own. Took up a Alpine theme and hit the "road" for 60mins. It was a relax cycling. Enjoy reading the magazine more!
It isn't a big gym, but okay lah. Unfortunately the crowd is a lot and make it feel "cramp"! Would like to do a run after the bike, but the treadmill is fully utilised. So sian! Realise that there are 2 more treadmill by the corner and 1 of them is unoccupied. Happy run there and hop on! Alamak! These treadmill are meant for walking! Seow! What have i get myself into!
No choice but to do some walking loh! I cannot believe myself doing that, walking on treadmill! I put up faster pace and high incline and walk. At least not that bad as the calves take the bulk of the burning sensation!
After 10 mins of walking upslope, i have enough.
