1:47
It is not the legs that are aching, but the shoulders when i woke up this morning.
Last evening, i realised that both my sessions finished at 1:47hr! So coincident!
With equal time duration, of course shoulder/arms can't take it, compare to legs! Legs seasonal leow mah, hand/arms not use to the demand! That is why, it is recommend for swim/cycle training, it is normal to clock more mileage than the intended race distance.
I just don't feel like cycling this morning in the gym! Maybe just wanna slack, plus there is an intend to bike this evening. So the next option is to hop onto the Cross-Trainer machine. It has been ages since i did the machine. I used to do this pretty often in the past, alas due to coming event, have to concentrate on the bike. Sigh.
It was a good 45mins on Cross-Trainer machine. Can slack abit, at the same time give my legs/arms some pushing/pull/speed/reverse workout. Feeling fresh. Ready to move on.

After this morning session, the shoulder ache have disappeared. Alas the calves are abit heavy. Maybe the effect of yesterday run have finally kick in! :(
This noon weight session is focus on upper body, not much on the lower portion. Since legs not feeling well, decide not to work on that area. Give it more time to rest mah.
Abit wet this afternoon, maybe i push abit harder...Hehe...is it? *rolleyes*

Intention is to go for a SPIN tonight. Try something new. Sometime fate have a way to screw thing up when everything seems so 'right".
I left office on the dot and reach the gym in good time. I think i am in luck! Alas, i went to the wrong gym! WTF! I do not know what to say! I just smile in dismay! SPIN class is in another branch!
No choice, have to settle for cycle on my own. Took up a hilly theme and try it out.
Have been wanting to try something new today, or rather do not wish to stick to the "norm" routine! Sian.
60 mins on the hilly climb and reading on the mag make the ride a smooth and enjoyable session. Didn't do any brick as body not that fresh and i choose to skip/slack. Did a few more stretches and call it a day.
