Recovery - Slow/Slack
The usual ache after a "long" weekend of run and bike. Head straight for the gym this morning. Due to time constraint decide to do a short 40mins recovery ride.
It was difficult to start as the legs are feeling the effect of yesterday long ride. Have to keep the resistance low through the session. Thought of lowering the resistance during the session as i can feel the effect, but decide to stick with it and slowly push on.
Finished the session in 1 piece! Phew. Did some stretching before heading for the shower.
A "good" day to start the week.
Head for a SPIN in the evening. The normal instructor wasn't there a replacement(familiar) stand in for the day. It was okay, i guess. At least the music choose suit me well, but.....
Well, continue to do a 12 mins run on the treadmill. Glad to be back on the brick this evening.
