Mid Week Discount

Can feel the tightness on the calves and Hamstring this morning when awoke. Have to slack abit in today workouts. Who should i seek discount from?

From the bike session a while ago, it is apparent that the body is tired. Was on the lowest gear for 50mins. At times, feel good, but no urge to push up the gear.

I do not know why, but at home for the past few days, Internet is extremely slow. Maybe it is the cable at home, shared bandwidth, what to do. Going to Sgrunners is extremely frustrating to say the leased. I hope it is not history repeat itself.

For some unknown reason, i pulled out of the weights session during lunch and enjoy a lunch with my colleagues. It seems that i am getting slacker! Sigh. Maybe it is good also. :p

Sometime i do not know whether i am being sensitive, or i might have misunderstood the intention, or i must be glad with such frank reply.

Maybe i am being stress out and having PMS!

In work, personal area, training for IM have stretch me abit more than norm. That is not the main reason i think, but my character(weakness) that is causing some stress. I should have control my emotion better.

Sometime don't think about it, you won't feel so bad, but at times you dwell too much into this and alas, you get piss. :(

Harbour the thought of skipping the workout this evening, alas it will be just a nice distraction..:p

A good 1:30hr ride on the bike, plus 10:25mins(2km) on the run. I was feeling pretty strong throughout this evening session.

Nice to sweat it out, feel much better now. :p
