IM Week
After 50mins of bike this morning, can still feel the freshness. That is not unexpected given the lowered volume of training over the weekend.
Another 48 hours i could be leaving. So many things to do, i hope i don't leave anything behind.
Must find some time to do alot of small little things. Please ignore me, if you see me talking to myself. Hehe.
Have to skip workout this afternoon to get some stuffs. Last minute leow, lots of things to do before flying off. Chuan si lah!
Went for a SPIN class in the evening. I was in cruising mode, didn't push too much, just warm enough to heat up the engine. Wanted to do a run, but it didn't materialise as the treadmill are packed. Slack instead.
Packed up the luggage, aiyoh 20kg allowance. I think will be very tight. :p

Must take care when you are swimming / biking / running. Most importantly, stay focused and remember to smile yah? Don't forget to update your blog with pics and write-ups so that the rest of us can stay updated about your progress :)
