Pull, Kick and Go
The water was slightly chilled. Hmm...mechiam like cold beer during dinner...shiok....Opps...should be a can of cold isotonic drink during one of the 30km+ LSD.....shiok....
Body feel okay this morning. A bit slow moving though. :P The intent is to go for 3.5km this morning. See how lah, if the body feel ok then do it. Anyway, just need to keep the engine warm and ready should be sufficient.
Go pretty slow and last the distance is the objective. Oh boy, gonna be another long swim. 200 meters circuits, 1 at a time and slowly counting upward. That is 17.5 sets! How i did those for the past few times? I do not know, but somehow it just did.
Feel a bit jaded after 10 sets. I tell myself just go slow and easy and see how far i can go.
It is good to have some distraction along the way, like having some pacer, landmark etc to push me along.I have a few today and glad it help me most of the way.Thanks to the unsung hero! Cheers!
By the time i reached 15 sets i was pretty in a zombie mode. Just Pull, Kick and Go.
I get stronger after 15 sets! Wow, mechiam like running, i have a 2nd kick afterburner! When i reached 17.5set, i continue to push forward! I decide to stop after another 100 meters, as i know i will be pretty late for work if i will to push forward. Furthermore, i have plan for another 2 more workout sessions today and wanna stay fresh for them.
It wasn't a fantastic time of 95 mins for 3.6km. At least it is on queue for my target 100 mins in 3.8km which i expect come Busselton.
A good swim. Cool.

It was a hot afternoon. Head for the gym for a swim and try out the wetsuit.
It was a struggle to get use to the buoyancy and the restrict movement. Difficult to pull and it
just seem not right. It is not expected, just need to trail and error and find a way to overcome it.
Tried out free and breast strokes and after a while it seem much better. A 25 mins effort under the scorching sun!. Hot Hot Hot!
The Laksa after it was so disappointing. Make me HOTTER!

Head for MF for a run this evening. Not intend to join SAFRA for their interval but run with N in the usual 10km loop.
Alas this evening MF(SAFRA) have event and the carpark was jammed packed. Sigh...when we reach nearer the gate, it was pretty late. Sigh! All the mood lost leow and we ended up going for a light meal instead!

There goes the 3 workouts today. Sigh.
