A decent 50mins bike ride in the morning. Body was feeling okay. Maybe yesterday short run is a "rest" in diguise..:)
Time to pack up for Busselton...what to do first? Hmm.....A week left to depature - a jump into unknown.

Had a weights session during noon before the conversation with my Gym IM kaki(G).

Head for the gym in the evening for cycle. Did a 1.5hr cycle - slow and constant pace. Legs are getting sng and have to struggle a bit at the end. Did bite it through without lowering/slowing down. Cool. Did a run after that. 12 mins of it. Good pace and feeling good. Pretty satisfy for the evening workout.

Receive an email from boss and showing an article of the news about another recent acquisition that my office had done. Big fish eat small fish, it is a cycle and life move on.
3000+ new colleagues(overnight). Does it affect me? Not really.
It does not matter if the company is No 1 in their field in the world. I am just a small ikan bilis in a big ocean. When it is time to Go, it is time to Go.
