SPPP
A good and steady swam this morning at the pool. Good to start a day with a 3km swim.
14 sets of 200 meters circuit, plus a last 200 meters breastroke to end the swim. I hope i have more of this kind of swim days in the future. :p
Round up with soy bean drink at the end of the effort! Going to be a great day ahead. :p
What is SPPP?

CBD run on MF this evening. Wasn't feeling well throughout the evening.
I started the run late with Babumouse going at a faster pace that i normally with. Went up the MF feeling okay. The loops are a bit tough. I find it difficult to run downslope for unknown reason. Took a water break after 2 loops. The 3-4 loops are a struggle. Stomach start to give trouble and even cause some pain, make it difficult to run and breathing at the same time. Finally finished the 4 loops and dash to the toilet to relieve myself. Phew! What a relief!
On the way back, feel body tired and thirsty. Bit by bit slowly ran back to TP. A 2hrs effort tonight. Tired, but good workout.
