I ought to bring my bike out for a spin. I really should. I have to stop myself. I really should and did.

I want to go back to the day i stay at home and nua and grow fat and growl about weight problems and think about where should i go for my yummy food. I really should.

Head for office in the morning. Work requirement. I really should be back, as i can't let the guys do it alone given the event is over.

A typical nua day, which i like and i really should have more of these in the future.
