I(M)ts Show Time
After weeks of training. Uncountable hours spending on the road working on swim/bike/run, the time have come.
In less than few hours, I will be embarking on a event which will tax my endurance to another level which I haven't thought is possible.
Doing IM is accidential. Trying out HIM - Aviva 70.3 is to get a feel at what other was workshipping a difficult event. I didn't feel what the hype on HIM is, thus I am just a few hours away from attempting the bigger brother of HIM.
I might or might not find it difficult. I do not know as I have not crossed the line yet. But I have to say it take a lot of effort to do the require training. To train properly one have to eat/sleep/breath on swim/bike/run. A typical weekly mileage of 20-30 hours is required.
Without group training on each of the discipline is tough. Proper equipment are equally important. I owe a lot of folks for lending me the equipments. Thanks to penguin, sc5, gentle, choonwei and balasing for passing me their precious baobei and advices for this event. Various folks for their training supports - Dear, Shortleg, Too-family, SGrunners. Supporters and well wishes for their encouragement is appreciated. The crew and participants in Busselton are fabulous.
It's Show Time!
