New Year Eve
Sleep very late yesterday. :(
Woke up with some ache from yesterday run.
Legs felt sightly jaded going up the overhead bridge this morning. Nevertheless it is do-able.
Put on lower resistance and hit the bike for 50 mins of recovery. Felt okay, not really fresh but still able to survive. Tried to tune up the resistance on a few occasions, but feeling abit shiong and revert back again. Not really keen to push and wanna take it easy so just content to cruise along.
Spend some time did a few more stretching to ease the tension before heading for the shower.
Feeling good to start a day.

Gym close early this evening due to New Year Eve. So have to switch and head over for a swim this evening. A short swim. Just wanna get the body some "massage". Did 1km+200(cool down) in the pool. Good recovery workout today.
