50mins on the bike in the morning. Legs are tired. Same resistance throughout and let the legs go through momentum and provide some stretch.

Although sleep early yesterday, but still feel tired.

The hamstrings are tired.

A busy day ahead, hopefully will survive.

So many things to do...in such short time! Ahhhhh.....................

Head for a SPIN in the evening. Take it very easy until i also feel shy. Haha. I think the instructor also feel abit strange how come this guy never listen to instruction! Hehe.

Try to do a run, but the hamstring are sng, same as the calves. I do not want to force myself and decide to skip it and forgo the weights session. I need a rest.
