Bike Out

Ask myself the same question i did yesterday when i woke up. Why? It is a bit difficult to answer sometime. :p

Reach ECP F2 at 5:19am. Buay and Kia are waiting there after cycling from home. Soon i am joined by Tao, Seo and Hui min(cycle from home). We started off around 5:40am heading towards coastal road.

We meet Lao too along coastal road. Not much people on the road this morning. Speed wasn't fast, i guess legs are a bit tired from yesterday run.

It is good to have accompany for the session this morning. More so when it is biking. Mentally it feel much more at ease with group cycling.

We take a fairly long break than my usual at key junction when we reorg. A nice social bike.

Saw SV, Latic Acid and "forget his name"*Shy* along East Coast. Haha.

Finished 60km in 4:06hr(inclusive of all breaks). Average pace 21.2km/hr
