G(oing) E(asy)

Legs are heavy. Muscles are tight after the weekend workouts. Wow, Feel like a hard session over the weekend. It is okay, the body just need to get use to it.

Can feel the stress climbing up the bridge. :(

A single speed biking in the gym this morning. Mind refuse to push up the resistance and did a slow bike to bring some life to the legs.

It feel good after 50mins. Have to go easy for this week workout. Rest required.

Body still feeling slightly jaded in the evening. Nevertheless did head for the SPIN. A bit tough, but did pull through it. After the class went for the weights. A bit concern about the legs, so decide to do just upper body workouts before calling it a day.

A conversation with my grandpa(slightly overweight) colleague.

Tig: " I saw you yesterday blading with your dog"
J: " My legs hurt, can't run, so blading instead"
Tig: " Impressive, didn't know you are into running"
J: " What are you doing there when you saw me, running?"
Tig: " No, i was cycling. I am very slow at speed 22km/hr"
J: " You are about 15km/hr slower!"
Tig: " har?"
J: " You should be cruising at 36-37km/hr)
Tig: "Har cruising"
J: " I used to cycle about 60 miles per day and 4-500 miles per week.
Tig: "Faint!"

What is the secret?
J: " Want to improve, definitely cannot run on flat road"
J: " I am from Colorado!"
Tig: " Cool. No wonder"

Tig: " I should stay in Colorado!" I WANT!
