Moving Along

Take it easy this morning. Can't see myself moving fast anyway. :p

It is low resistance and paddling along. Speed isn't fast, just moving the legs along and get some movement in to get the body system warm up. 50 mins later, have clock one of the slowest and shortest distance ever recorded in the gym. :p

Have to rest. Hmm.....let see which brain(left/right) do the "talking" later.

Slack this evening. Decide to rest. Head for the Library and grab the book that suppose to be a highly sought after. When i registered to get the book, i was 6th person in the queue! It must be a highly prize book! I hope $1.55 isn't wasted.

Reach home before the day lights went off. Strange. Haven't been like that for quite a while now. I have to rest when the opportunity is there.
