I slept late yesterday. Feeling lethargic this morning. I left home in time, but i didn't head for the pool. I S*****.
I do not know why, i have this feeling that i just don't want to do anything related to workout. I just want to take a back seat and look at things from another perspective.
I seldom have this kind of feeling and it is more than a week since. Maybe i am mentally tired. Maybe the time have come for me to let it go and be a "normal" person.
Spotted Konnyaku jelly during lunch. Thought of purchasing it and see how it taste like. Tigger suan ku mah! Maybe eaten before also dun know. Haha.
Should i S***** the whole day?
Sometime is not right! I coudn't believe it that i skip the night workout as well. The math does not add up. Sigh...i.....

It is perfectly reasonable to have rest and recovery days, with no workouts :) Don't be so hard on yourself...
A short 1 week break is not going to affect you adversely. Go have a break with your sweetheart. It do wonders.
