Have a bike session in the morning. Abit difficult to start the cycle. A bit uneasy i felt throughout the session. It is either i am pushing hard or body just need time to adjust to workout!

50mins, 30km effort, which is pretty good i feel.

Can't slack anymore. Have to do light training even when the chip is down. :p

Head for weights in the afternoon. Quite an okay session. I think no workout yesterday the body is abit fresher. I also think tomorrow will ache, bcos didnt do weights for a week. :( No slack!

Had a dinner with colleagues. A pretty expensive dinner. It seem my stamina for "drinking" have lost until almost ZERO! It isn't that i am not aware of it. Over the years i have realise it. I do not know if it has to do with workout. The more you involve in exercise, the less "resistance" in drinking. Or is it that i am getting old.

This evening 2 small cup of sakae, felt headache and slight light weighted. I ought to be careful in the future not to over drink and get into trouble. :p
