No Show
Yesterday Surf and Sweat was a wash out. It was raining and i get myself wet. "Freezing" while queuing in the rain for the goodies bag! Kind of fun, with an umbrella with wind+rain as accompany.
After constant reminder from my buddy. "Its raining! Let's go makan!" kind of message, i subcumb to it and went for lunch since it is a no show in the event.
The food isn't great, at least to my standard. Well, that life. Sometime you get it right, sometime....hehe. :p
This morning, i decide to skip the gym session. I think i getting use to skipping workout...:p
There are issues in the office and i need to come back earlier to look into it. I glad i did. Phew!
As much as i love to hit the gym in the afternoon, i decide to skip it as well. I just couldn't understand my behaviour. I need to analysis about it.
Decide to skip SPIN class as i felt my bottom of my right feet is much better after missing last week SPIN class so i guess i am making the right choice and decide to skip it again.
It has been a long time since i did a 1.5hr of bike in the gym. I remember i used to do it often preparing for IMWA. This evening, i started the next sequence to stay the ball rolling for IM China. It has been a long time since i went for this gym. some equipments have changed.
Saw a bike with TV set in front and i jump at the opportunity. Though the TV show local shows, i manage to catch a movie on Channel 5. The show is pretty interesting and i have a very good time cycle and watching the video!
It was a good session, it get harder when time progress. I guess body is not use to this kind of session anymore. I have to start somewhere don't i? The calves are aching and i still have to push on. This kind of "pain", i remember i experience this in IMWA. Wow, "shiok" ache! :p
I should be going back to that gym often in the future! :p
