2D to CNY

I woke up sneering. Didn't someone curse me! I was having running nose from there onwards till the pool.

The water is cold, just nice for me. Started off slightly late as i left my swim trunk in the car boot and have to walk all the way back from the swimming gate. Can't possible to swim naked right? :p

The swim wasn't that good this morning. I am struggling in the water, or is it that i am pushing myself that i don't feel comfortable at the beginning. After 3 sets of 200 meters, i switch to breast stroke. Apart from still having running nose(in the water), i felt my neck abit stiff. Not to put anymore stress on it, decide to go into breast stroke.

It was relax for me from there onwards, gliding and enjoy the morning swim. After a few hundreds meter, the right shin start to ache. Damn it! That "injury" is still there! Decide not to push too much target to complete the minimum 2km.

Last 500 meters was abit fast, as pacer uncle threaten to overtake me. Sensing i still have the reserve, decide to push for it and finished the swim in 50mins. A decent effort ba.

Again, the normal carpark that i take to grab some breakfast is full. Ahh..................!!!! Get to the market and realise tao hue jui shop is closed! Likewise to a few makan shops that i frequent often. Damn it!

No food/drink :(

CBD run in the evening. Head over to Fort Canning for a run. Due to the expect heavy traffic at Esplanade, we head towards cantonment road towards Fort Canning.

I was feeling jaded when i reached Fort Canning. We did 3 loops on top. It was suppose to be Interval on top. Alas when we reach there about 5.6km i realised that it is too long a warm up. So we did 3 loops OTOT. Some of us take it seriously, whereas .....:p

It was a good run, chuan abit...i finished 3 loops of 1.1-1.2km in sub 18mins.

Did a recovery run back to the end. Overall a good run. Thanks everyone for the accompany.
