Rusty,Weak, Pui
It is getting harder to pull myself out of the bed. Yesterday evening was very tiring.
Literally have to drag myself to the pool. Again i was late.
It was a difficult swim. The arms was aching for the first few laps, the body movement is rusty. I just couldn't get any rhythm in the swim. After 3 sets of 200 meters, switch over to Breast stroke for the rest of the journey. Even then, the mind was feeling the stress of counting the laps...how many more to go? Sigh...every workout seems to be difficult for the last few days. I have to put in extra effort just to finish a typical average day.
I stopped at 2km. The body like breaking down and i can barely motivate myself just to force through the 2km swim session. It is not looking good.
I didn't bring the watch to the pool. I took about an hour i think. Anyway, does it really matter?
