Ramping up
A day after the long bike. The feel is okay so far, until i sit in the changing room(gym) and wear my shoe and realise that karching abit ache. Hehe....
I was late for gym and did 40 mins this morning. Expecting some ache from yesterday bike, decide to go easy and try out Alpine program.
It wasn't that bad and have some fun along the morning session. :p
Before i can start off the gym session during noon time. I was pulled back for lunch with my oversea colleague! Bo bian. Sigh.
Manage to reach the gym in time for the SPIN class. Traffic was bad in the beginning, but it get better after the jam was cleared.
It was a good spin. I have to relearn how to use the different techniques on the bike. I am still abit rusty.
Right foot abit ache during the class, but i think damage not that much.
Did 2km run on the treadmill after that. Feeling abit uneasy, but still manageable.
I was tired and did not do much on the weights and call it a day.

yup, i reckon.. you really need a break man. go for it, forget about training for the time being.
it is not useful if your mind is not rested well.
