Round 2
After last night session of drinking and late night, i guess it is going to be a difficult morning getting up.
It wasn't that bad this morning. :p Head over to the gym and have a 50 mins "80" sessions. It was a pretty easy session, which i am surprised. After 2 sessions of "80", the body have more or less adjusted to the speed. Maybe not, let see how is the next few sessions progress.
Round 2 coming up tonight.
Head for weights in the afternoon. It is more of stretching + some core training(without weights). Even without weights it can be challenging. *sweat*
