Head/Heels - Bike

When i woke up for the 2nd time staring at the clocked. It was 42mins later. Damn. I am going to be late.

Start the bike at 3:30am. It wasn't a good feeling knowing i overslept and i have to end my bike at 7-7:30am. I intend to do 4hrs this morning.

Started off feeling okay. Yesterday, actual run is 16km..so the legs are pretty okay.

HR hardly go above 110 today. A stark different from yesterday run.

It took me 2hrs for the first loop(45km). i did half a loop for the next, as i try to finish the bike at 7am and go across to meet up with folks that are doing heads and heels event

Meet Ray and Joanna somewhere along the route. Finished the bike in 3:20hrs(est 75km). Even though it is shorter than expected. Sometime things have to take it on the stride. :p

Took some photos and left for breakfast. Too hungry to wait for them to come back.
