Log - 7 April 08

14 more days to China IM. I know I am not anywhere near the fitness level when I am preparing for IMWA. As much as I would love to improve on what I have gained from the experience in Busselton, given the circumstance, having an injury free and no major issue with HR looks like more immediate needs.

Although thighs are slightly jaded, proceed for a 50mins bike this morning. It was a good, sweat it out kind of morning. Feel much better after the cycle.

Skip workout during lunch and give some breathing space.

Head to the gym in the evening. Did some weights and take part in the SPIN session. This is a new instructor. First lesson and feel CMI. Floor was wet, but don't quite enjoy it. Sigh.
