Last Ride

Saturday was an enforced rest day due to unforeseen circumstance. :p

Finally head over to ECP late morning and complete the last ride on the road before D-Day next week. Wanna do a short(2hr) ride with some heat training, to prepare for next week hot(expect to be around 32 deg cel +) ride.

Start the run at 10am from ECP CPB1 head to coastal road for a loop and back.

As usual ECP is crowded, so have to be careful and slow down at times. Coastal road was blocked for time trial agian. Have to take a deviation along PCN. It was getting hot, but cycling isn't that bad. Some shade along coastal road provide the relieve.

The first part of the ride is pretty okay. Feeling fresh and good. 2nd portion slow down abit, but okay..since it is a short cycle.

Even head into Big Splash to take a look at the new premises...there is a shop that rent out skate that spring like a kangaroo...seems fun...:p....KFC, carl jr, white coffee, 7-11, sushi tei, bike rental, seafood, indian food etc.

Total time around 44km, in 2:02hr. Okay lah...tapering leow....
