Shiok?
Looking at the back of my hands. The skins are peeling off. Mechiam like a snake.
Chest, arms are aching due to yesterday weight. Cool! I haven't had this sensation for quite some time leow! Hehe...
I was reading the running mag on Lance Armstrong comment on running a Marathon. It was quite interesting comments. Which lead back to the same question that sometime i asked myself.
Why do i take up IM?
Running 42km is sometime i can just wake up, arrive at the registration booth and let go.... I am not going out to race, just a morning LSD for 4-5hrs...which i do it pretty often from time to time.
IM is different, i have to train. Bent myself a bit and push abit over the comfort zone and Ouch and Moans for the next couple of days. That in itself is called "shiok".
It is pretty expensive "shiok", i can't do it often...and it is definitely not for the "faint" hearted. :p

Have a 50 mins ride this morning. Pretty good....I love the WET feel and starting off the day.

I was tied down with work and was late for workout. I have to reduce the workout to 1hr on the bike. As usual hit the bike on manual mode and watch TV. After 30mins decide to try something different and reality stuck. I try out hilly mode and the bike "died" a few times.
At times it was tough, i was cycling so slow that the bike computer think that i have "stopped". I can't believe that this has happened. Have my fitness dropped until such a stage?
I know fitness wise, i am going down hill, but.......maybe i take it too lightly. Old leow, don't admit also difficult...:p
