I deliberately maintain a low effort on the bike in the morning. Should feel slacking, but I was feeling okay, which is not a good sign.
Have to take it more lightly than last week and hopefully will have full tank of “energy” for SD.
Fated. Long story. So there is not a need to second guess where i ended up in the evening. :(
T and i did our first SPIN together. It was an okay. HR didn't go up more than 117! Haha...slack!
