Saturday
It was stuffy at the gym. I was drenched, and feeling difficulties after 15mins on the bike. Decide to stop.
Maybe it is early the morning, escalator isn't operating and centralised aircon is not operating. I stop the bike and start the weights.
It get cooler as time goes on. I felt much better. Nice weight session.
Sunday
Meet the rest for a run at ECP. Weather is humid. I ran, i didn't feel that strong. HR is abit high but not extreme. Maybe i am tried. Yesterday short bike also produce similar HR.
Soon i was tired as expected. Sigh.
Starting from B1 to F2 and back. About 12km, pace slow, but i think i am done.
I don't have an answer. Hopefully it is a case of getting worse first before i get stronger.
Sundown
31st May is 5 weeks after China IM. How much fitness deterioration can it get over this period of time?
I am struggling over 10km currently. Is 42km abit over stretched?
I will find an answer from now to SD. If not, i will have the answer after SD.
