Day after SD
Light aching on the left calves. Either the ache have not arrive yet, or i have been slacking during the run yesterday. It is over, it doesn't matter anyway.
Reduce the resistance and take it easy on the bike this morning. Recovery bike leh, must do it slowly. :p
Feel good at this moment, just need to get movement on the legs. Need a massage, if possible, right shoulder is aching.
Head for spin class in the evening. A relax session for me. Good to have give it a bit more tougher workout.
Play with foam roller and some stretching there as well.
A good recovery day.
